3/28/2014 - Press Announcement - Notice of Road Closure
State DOT officials recently announced that beginning next Friday, South Street in Bethel will be closed to all traffic at the railroad crossing for replacement of the railroad grade crossing platform and improvements to the storm drain system.
The closure is expected to last less than a week, beginning Friday, March 28th through Wednesday, April 2nd.
Residents are strongly urged to seek alternative routes in advance of the road closure.
