The Bethel Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 9th 2021 at 7:00pm using the virtual platform “ZOOM” to hear the application of Tracy Castelli/Victoria Heron LLC, for an Affordable Housing Application under Section 8-30g of the Ct State Statues. The proposal is for 11 units to be located at 28 South Street.
This property can be found in the Tax Assessor’s Office as Map 22 Block 21 and Lot 07.
The public may send comments via regular mail and email at landuse@bethel-ct.gov. Comments must be received 24 hours prior to the hearing in order to be included.

The Bethel Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 9th 2021 at 7:00pm using the virtual platform “ZOOM” to hear a Commission initiated text amendment allowing accessory apartments to be permitted by a Zoning Permit in a Residential Zone. Presently accessory apartments are reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Commission as a Special Permit.
If the proposed apartment exceeds 900sf or there is a request to modify the parking requirements the application will be required to be reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Commission.
